Centerpiece of the center is dinosaur museum featuring 11 full-scale dinosaur skeletons inside and two outside, including real skeletons excavated from the area, one of the world's finest real Triceratops skulls, skeletal casts and sculptures. Visitors may also view an outstanding mineral collection from locations all over the world, invertebrate fossils and a real Rhinoceros and bison excavated from the area. The center also contains a history museum that tells the story of Dickinson and southwestern North Dakota.
